Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging to prevent electrostatic discharge damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it back to our processing facility using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned items for functionality, after which your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 business days.
